Giveaway terms

These terms apply to the ARK Padel launch giveaways on Instagram and TikTok: the seven weekly giveaways running from 20 October to 7 December 2026, and the Founding Gold Card giveaway.

Who's running them

The promoter is ARK Padel, Nottingham, United Kingdom (info@arkpadel.com). These giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta or TikTok. Prize brands are not sponsors of a giveaway unless the post says so.

The weekly giveaways

• Week 1 (opens 20 Oct, closes Mon 26 Oct, 8pm): a case of Vitamin Well Hydrate (rhubarb & strawberry)
• Week 2 (opens 27 Oct, closes Mon 2 Nov, 8pm): a case of Vitamin Well Elevate (pineapple & wild strawberry flavour)
• Week 3 (opens 3 Nov, closes Mon 9 Nov, 8pm): a case of Vitamin Well Recover (elderflower & peach flavour)
• Week 4 (opens 10 Nov, closes Mon 16 Nov, 8pm): a case of Vitamin Well Reload (lemon & lime flavour)
• Week 5 (opens 17 Nov, closes Mon 23 Nov, 8pm): a mixed case of Vitamin Well (all four flavours)
• Week 6 (opens 24 Nov, closes Mon 30 Nov, 8pm): a box of 24 tubes of Adidas padel balls
• Week 7 (opens 1 Dec, closes Mon 7 Dec, 8pm): a pro padel racket, announced in the week 7 post

A case means the standard multipack sold by the retailer. Each giveaway opens when its post goes live and closes at the time above. Late entries won't count.

Who can enter

• UK residents aged 18 or over who can collect the prize in person in Nottingham (see "Collecting your prize").
• Not open to anyone involved in running ARK Padel or their immediate family.
• No purchase is necessary.

How to enter

• Instagram: follow @ark.padel, like the giveaway post, and comment on it tagging two friends. Each separate comment that tags two different real accounts is one extra entry.
• TikTok: follow ARK Padel, like the giveaway video and comment tagging two friends, on the same basis.
• Bonus entry: share the post to your Instagram Story and tag @ark.padel, for one extra entry per giveaway.
• Entries from fake, spam or giveaway-only accounts, or entries that break Instagram's or TikTok's rules, won't count.

Choosing the winners

• One winner is picked at random each week from all valid Instagram and TikTok entries for that week's giveaway, after it closes.
• We'll contact the winner by direct message from @ark.padel (or our official TikTok account) only. We will never ask for card details, a payment or your password to claim a prize. Watch out for fake accounts.
• The winner has 48 hours to reply. If they don't, we'll pick another winner.
• We'll announce each winner's handle on our Stories. You can win more than one week's giveaway.

Collecting your prize

• Prizes are collected in person in Nottingham, at a time and place we arrange with the winner, within 30 days of the draw. They aren't posted.
• Prizes can't be swapped for cash and can't be transferred. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with one of similar or greater value.

The Founding Gold Card giveaways (cards No. 100 and No. 007)

• Card No. 100: enter on the Instagram post as described above. Bonus entry: join the Founding 100 early access list at arkpadel.com/founding using the same name as your Instagram account or telling us your handle; one bonus entry per person. Entries close at 5pm on the day of the draw, and the winner is drawn live on our Instagram Stories at the time shown in the post (planned for Thursday 12 November 2026, 6pm).
• Card No. 007: held back for a later giveaway. Its dates and entry method will be shown in its post and these terms will apply.
• Each winner gets that numbered ARK Padel Founding 100 Gold Card, with all the founder perks shown on the Founding 100 page. It's for the winner only and has no cash alternative.
• If the winner has already bought a Founding card, we'll refund their purchase in full and they keep the won card number instead.
• Perks start when ARK Padel opens. If ARK Padel doesn't open, the prize can't be provided and no alternative is due.
• The winner is contacted as above.

We only use entry details to run the giveaways and contact winners. See our privacy policy.

Other

We may cancel or change a giveaway if something outside our control stops it running fairly. Our decision on valid entries and winners is final. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
